We offer support in the forms of financial aid, personal/family assistance, and patient advocacy. 

Financial Support

Any child residing in a low-income household in Santa Barbara County and diagnosed with a critical illness before their 18th birthday is eligible for consideration.

Personal Assistance

Volunteers assist families by providing help around the house; providing transportation and running errands. For example, we provide support in the areas listed below and more:

– Running errands
– Grocery shopping
– Transportation to and from local doctors/hospital – visits
– House cleaning

Patient Advocacy

We help families understand their child’s diagnosis. We assist in communicating with their healthcare provider to understand coverage and medical bills. We provide additional resources that may be outside our scope of support.
