Hearts Aligned started 2022 ready to make a difference! A difference in the lives of critically ill children and their families.
We exceeded our 2022 goal to help 25 families and reached 26 families.
We received our IRS and State of California 501(c)3 nonprofit determinations.
Our Launch Event was attended by over 100 people.
We received over $40,000 in grants from Foundations
We developed a forward-moving five year strategic plan.
We are grateful and thankful for our donors, supporters and volunteers. We are able to positively impact many families in our community because of you and your trust in us to carry out our mission.
